1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Live Life Bold and Free, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Choose My AI. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, or that you have the authority to bind your organization. By continuing to use the service, you accept these Terms.

2. Description of service

Choose My AI provides AI tool discovery, personalized recommendations, downloadable guides, and a subscription-based Pro plan for AI builders. We do not provide the underlying AI tools themselves; we help you find and evaluate them.

3. Account registration

To access certain features (such as the Pro plan), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information, and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include:

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its servers.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the service without authorization.
• Uploading or sharing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Using AI tools discovered through our platform for illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or malware.
• Jailbreaking or attempting to bypass safety measures of recommended AI tools.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, and materials on Choose My AI are owned by Live Life Bold and Free, LLC or our licensors. We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes within your selected plan.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service.

6. Payment and subscription terms

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which handles checkout, billing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account page, which gives you access to a secure billing portal where you can update payment details, download invoices, or end your subscription.

7. Service level

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. User content

If you post content on the platform (prompts, workflows, comments), you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

9. AI-generated content disclaimer

Choose My AI provides information about third-party AI tools. The outputs of these tools may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial). We are not responsible for the outputs of tools you choose to use. Always verify critical information independently.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated or serious policy violations, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Life Bold and Free, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Life Bold and Free, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
